Terms and Conditions for Estuart Custom Bumper Repair

Estuart Custom Bumper Repair offers:

  • On-site estimates

  • Related repair services as agreed upon

Service availability is subject to technician scheduling, parts availability, and weather/working conditions.


2. Estimates

  • All estimates are based on visible damage at the time of inspection.

  • Additional damage found during repairs may result in additional charges.

  • Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.


3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of work, unless other arrangements are made in writing.

  • We do not guarantee structural or mechanical restoration unless specifically included.

  • Color matching is performed to the highest standard possible, but exact matches may vary due to:

    • Vehicle age

    • Sun fading

    • Manufacturer inconsistencies


6. Warranty

9. Use of Photos

We may take before/after photos for:

  • Documentation

  • Customer communication

  • Marketing purposes (only with your consent)


10. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Excessive last-minute cancellations may result in required deposits for future bookings.


11. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS/text messages related to:

  • Appointment reminders

  • Estimates

  • Service updates

  • Repair completion notices

  • Customer follow-up

Opting Out:

You can reply “STOP” at any time to cancel message delivery.
